Ninguém saía da mesa antes de repetir ao menos mais uma colherada do prato principal. Com azulejos da época nas paredes e o fuxico que cobria os bancos de madeira, essa era a cozinha da Vó Moccia."
Moccia Cozinha Afetiva é fruto da memória afetiva do cozinheiro Nando, o Gaúcho. Na intenção de compartilhar sua paixão por uma culinária simples e generosa e homenagear sua avó materna Irene Fischborn, apelidada carinhosamente por todos como mocia, nasce a Moccia.
